Springdale, East austIN, TEXAS

It was an honor to provide landscape architectural services for Central Austin Management Group, the mastermind behind local businesses such as Ace Tailors, Uchi, Uchico, and Loro Restaurant, on this brownfield site redevelopment.  What was once an abandoned tract of concrete on the east side of Austin, Texas is now affordable space for creatives and other small businesses.  The site design worked to preserve the few existing Pecans while adding almost 100 new trees to the site to shade parking, pedsetrian walkways and plazas.    The design team included Michael Hus Architecture and Stansberry Engineering.
