Bee cave, Texas

This mixed-use master planned community in Bee Cave, Texas includes retail space, a mix of residential lots, pocket parks, miles of trails along Barton and Little Barton Creeks, and an 18-hole golf course.  Exhibits that detailed lot layouts assisted the developer with phasing calculations and when presenting to the the city of Bee Cave for development approval.  The Bohls Cabin Park,  located within the development was designed to highlight the historic Bohls cabins that were restored and integrated into the park’s scheme.  It now serves as an amenity to the community.  Park features include native Hill Country plants, an overlook platform and network of trails that connects the park to the community.
